Moving to Secondary School

I would like to extend a very warm welcome to all the students who will be starting at Priestnall School in September; all our staff are really looking forward to getting to know you.

We are thrilled to welcome students for our traditional Year 6 Induction Day on Thursday 4th July 2024. We hope your child will find it helpful to familiarise themselves with the school and get a taste for what a day at Priestnall is like. Further useful information is included on this page to support parents and carers in the transition to secondary school.

We look forward to welcoming your child to Year 7 on Tuesday 3rd September 2024. Your child should arrive at 9am and they will leave at 11am. Regular lessons and the normal school day will begin at 8.30am on Wednesday 4th September 2024.
