Languages Ambassadors from Priestnall School have been out in the community recently, visiting five local primary schools to deliver their very own French and Spanish lessons.
These student-led sessions were the result of a lot of hard work and preparation. The ambassadors carefully planned engaging, age-appropriate activities to introduce younger pupils to new vocabulary and spark their interest in learning languages.
Their efforts certainly paid off – the primary teachers had nothing but praise for our students, commending the ambassadors’ confidence, creativity and professionalism.
Most importantly, the primary pupils thoroughly enjoyed the sessions and were full of enthusiasm for language learning. It was a brilliant day for everyone involved.
Well done to all of our Language Ambassadors for representing the school so positively and making such a meaningful contribution to our wider community!
The Language Ambassadors Club is part of our Electives Programme, which gives students the chance to explore new interests and develop valuable skills beyond the classroom.
Carefully designed around our Four Cornerstones – Academic Aspiration; Culture, Creativity & Rhetoric; Competition & Physical Endeavour; and Leadership & Service – the programme ensures every student has access to enriching opportunities that support their personal growth and future success.
