We are delighted to share that Priestnall School has been awarded the Gold School Games Mark, recognising our commitment to providing high-quality sporting opportunities and promoting participation in physical activity across the school community.
The School Games Mark is a national award that celebrates schools’ dedication to developing sport and physical activity. To achieve Gold, schools must meet a range of criteria centred around participation, competition, leadership and wider opportunities for young people.

This achievement reflects the enthusiasm, dedication and hard work of our students, who have represented the school in a wide range of sporting activities and inter-school competitions throughout the year.
It also recognises the valuable contribution of our young leaders, volunteers and officials, whose support helps make many sporting events and competitions possible.
We are incredibly proud of everyone involved in school sport at Priestnall School. This award is a testament to the commitment shown by our students and staff in creating a positive sporting culture where students can develop their skills, confidence and teamwork.
A huge thank you to all students, staff and volunteers who have contributed towards this fantastic achievement. We look forward to building on this success and continuing to provide opportunities for every young person to get involved in sport and physical activity.
